RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for administrative activities associated with General Services projects – relation with suppliers, signing of contracts, settling payments / invoices, etc;
- Prepare general correspondence (reports, memos, letters, minutes, etc); types/drafts general memos and confirmation/declination letters; prepare business translations into/from English;
- Responsible to supervise the firms accountable for obtaining the Building permits for ING Offices – so to ensure deadlines are met;
- Responsible to verify and report status of the building’s maintenance works;
- Ensure an efficient inventory process - record in the database all enter assets, manage incoming invoices in conformity with inventory procedure, etc. Directly involved in the physical inventory process in the territory.


CERINTE

- Medium level of education;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (administration, stock inventory); availability to travel;
- Good command of English, written and spoken;
- Driver licence;
- Planning and organising skills, accuracy, results-focused, problem solving skills, ability to write reports and routine correspondence
