To ensure we have received the base test report on fabrics for every style/order.
To ensure we receive the bulk and send for the tests for fabrics in accordance with each customer for every style/order and anticipating any problems due to the particular design
Liaise with the laboratories and ensure we receive the results in good time.
Highlight any problems to the customer and advise on solutions for problems.
Ensure any trims are tested taking into consideration the advised wash care for the fabric.
Advise on the wash care for the styles taking into account the results of the testing and any trims applied to the garment.
Deal with the customer returns.
Deal with any garment/fabric due diligence issues from the clients.
Graduate of the Textile Engineering University. (Fabric Department)
Good understanding of fabrics and trims and how their performance affects their end use.
Previous experience in a similar position.
Computer knowledge.
Good communication skills and excellent English.
Extremely well organized.
Good problem solving.
