• Creating and implementing the external communication strategy of the company within the target – publics (public institutions, opinion leaders, NGOs, national and international organizations);
• Ensuring a correct, complete and on-time communication with the publics regarding the company’s major activities and achievements;
• Creating and permanently updating the database with contacts among the target – publics of the company;
• Editing and distributing press materials for relevant audiences (press, public institutions, non – governmental organizations);
• Ensuring a constant and transparent communication with targeted audiences and opinion leaders;
• Representing the company’s image within professional associations and coordinating events in order to improve the reputation of the non-energetic extraction industry;
• Organizing events in order to improve the company’s reputation;
• Creating and implementing the necessary procedures for an efficient internal communication (intranet, newsletter, alerts, brochures, and websites).
For one of our clients, a multinational company engaged in responsible mining and long-term community development, we are looking for an External Relations Manager.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in public relations, internal communication and media relations;
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (both in Romanian and English);
• Good knowledge of project management;
• Leadership and communication skills;
• Results-oriented and continually willing to improve;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to work with deadlines and to solve problems that may occur;
• Dynamic, flexible, honest, loyal.
