KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Dental or dental technician degree
- Experience in relations with dental/professional/scientific community such as participation to dental congresses or detailing programs to dentists
- Experience in managing external stakeholders like agencies and consultants; ideally having worked educational programs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good knowledge of English Language
- Good PC Skills

MAJOR CHALLENGES:
The manager at this position must be externally focussed in order to protect and build the P&G oral care business in the region and to create a positive environment by constantly integrating the knowledge both from the inside and outside the company. He/she must also have the ability to gain the respect of the appropriate external stakeholders in order to learn from them and to be able to influence them effectively. Internally, he/she should be respected by peers and by management in other functions in order to exercise the internal influence necessary to ensure that we take the right strategy decisions.
