RESPONSABILITATI

JOB PURPOSE:
Manage, shape and leverage a positive external relations environment in the Balkan countries to build and protect the business and the reputation of P&G brands, including personal care and male grooming.


JOB SCOPE:
Develops and implements Public Relations programs and activities to support the personal care and male grooming products of P&G in the region.
Supports the capability building of the personal care and male grooming organization in the region, by enabling their understanding of the market.
Works to bring the “outside knowledge and expertise” in the personal care and male grooming area in the Company, by being in contact with external influencers in the respective domain.
Interacts internally with the local Marketing Organization and with the CEEMEA External Relations network.
Works externally (coordinates and supervises) with the PR agencies, media, personal care/male grooming stakeholders (beauty editors, celebrities, football players, etc.), local authorities

Establishes and leads Integrated External Relations activities on personal care and male grooming across the region.
Builds the capability of the personal care and male grooming organization.


CERINTE

Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing
Passion for Celebrities, Beauty and Fashion world
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good knowledge of English Language
Good PC Skills
Previous experience in PR is a plus

MAJOR CHALLENGES:
The manager at this position must be externally focussed in order to protect and build the P&G personal care/male grooming business in the region and to create a positive environment by constantly integrating the knowledge both from the inside and outside the company. He/she must also have the ability to gain the respect of the appropriate external stakeholders in order to learn from them and to be able to influence them effectively. Internally, he/she should be respected by peers and by management in other functions in order to exercise the internal influence necessary to ensure that we take the right strategy decisions.
