RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and implementing the sales strategy throughout Eastern European region in accordance with the company¿s principles and policies;
- Developing, managing and growing a local network of distributors in each country, negotiating contracts, terms and conditions with distributors, nurturing relationships with the decision takers;
- Monitoring potential distributors, development trends, sales opportunities and the competition;
- Managing, appraising and motivating an international team of sales managers.


CERINTE

- At least five years of successful sales experience, preferable within a multinational company;
- Previous international exposure, preferable in Eastern Europe;
- Strong sales, negotiation and project management skills;
- Flexibility, consistency and high initiative;
- Good English is a must, Russian is a plus;
- Good computer skills;
- Availability for extensive traveling, especially abroad.
