RESPONSABILITATI

Export responsible plays a key role in conduct of export business. He/she is responsible for correctly taking orders and for the successful execution of the order in terms of time, cost and technical performance. He/she should have knowledge of the techniques applied in export planning, financial management, inventory management, merchandising, risk management, foreign exchange operations, exchange control, communication, co-ordination and control. Export responsible is subordinate to the Retail Manager and accomplishes the following responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, supervise and develop network distribution at the International level;
- Find solutions and make recommendations to strengthen sales through the identification of new clients, contact, negotiation;
- Maintain and enhance the portfolio of clients on the international market;
- Estimated costs of implementing the specific projects – draw up reports on specific sales and the market, comparative analysis and participate in the negotiation of contracts;
- Validates the monthly production plan based on the confirmed orders;
- Maintain the relations with distributors and agents, negotiate terms of contracts, sign contracts;
- Responsible for carrying out in optimal conditions the contracts;
- Verifies if the products are presented at NISSA’s standards;
- Set appointments and participate at the discussions with the distributors and agents at our office and their office;
- Organize, negotiate and participate at international fairs in fashion apparel industry;
- Responsible for the delivering of products in accordance with the present legislation;
- Responsible for the logistic of his/her department, transport, acquisitions and exports;


CERINTE

- Economic studies;
- Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of a second language would be a plus (French, Italian, German or Spanish);
- Advanced computer operating skills (MS Office);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Problem solving capacity;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines;
- Dynamic and with spirit of initiative;
- Results – oriented;
- Available for traveling;
- Driving license B;
- Knowledge of Marketing Techniques;
- Knowledge of external commerce legislation;
- 5 years experience as Export Manager.
