RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a goal oriented well structured individual to manage administrative activities for the Capgemini Office in Bucharest.

The tasks of the office assistant is to:
- organize meetings, travel arrangements, events etc.
- manage the relationships with the company’s administrative services providers and other suppliers
- ensure permanent information flow with the rest of the team;
- support our Consulting team
- prepare primary accounting papers; manage office documents and supplies;
- assist the management in all business related activities;
- write, register and fill company documents;
- supervise and check translations, reports, presentations, etc.


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar job, favorably in the consultancy business;
- very good knowledge of English and German required;
- Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications
- Basic accounting knowledge would be a real plus;
- Quick thinking, very well organized, reliable and able to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Optimistic, friendly and flexible, problem-solving attitude;
- Quickly integrating and a team-player.
- Willing to take on greater responsibilities as the company develops.
