We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our gas&energy team.
Main responsibilities:
-drafting memorandums, legal opinions with a view to different inquiries of the clients related to the Romanian legal regulatory framework on renewable energy matters & projects;
- assisting the clients during the developing phase of PV projects as well at closing stage;
- participating and drafting Due Diligence reports
- drafting different agreements
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
Fluent in English (other language skills – Spanish, German, French – being an asset)
A proven record of achievements
