Experienced Accountant (internal role)
for our office in Bucharest
Key Responsibilities include:
daily bookkeeping;
month-end closing according to Romanian statutory and group accounting standards;
preparation of tax returns;
year-end closing and preparation of financial statements, according to Romanian statutory and group accounting standards;
preparation of management reports according to group accounting requirements;
ad-hoc reports to local and group management.
minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in a multinational environment;
experience or exposure to financial reporting;
knowledge and experience in Romanian accounting and tax (some experience in IFRS is an advantage);
working knowledge in an ERP system, experience in Navision is a plus;
capable of working independently;
integrity and straight thinking;
university degree in economics or accounting;
fluent verbal and written English.
