For one of our clients, well known and very well positioned multinational retail chain, we are currently looking for an Expansion Specialist, to join their professional and growing team.
The key responsibilities for this position will be:
- identifying locations for the stores in accordance with the company policy
- analyzing the location taking into consideration: geography, demography, juridical, financial and contractual aspects
- signing the contract and all the necessary stages till the signing, including the negotiation
- obtaining all the necessary certificates
- performing feasibility studies for the plot of land and due diligence together with the legal department
- preparing and developing the negotiations for the acquisition of the land in accordance with the contractual terms
- offering support to the technical department in order that all the necessary certificates and approvals will be obtained before the beginning of the construction for the store
- building and developing strong relations with the state authorities
- representing the company in the relations with the authorities and other public institutions
- Availability for traveling
- Experience in the field of land acquisition, feasibility studies, negotiations
- Dynamic personality, success driven
- Desire to work in a multinational environment and develop a strong career int he field
- Experience in dealing with state authorities
