The Head of Expansion is responsible for identifying, securing and developing new locations in the country, working closely with government / municipal authorities, local developers, investors, shopping centre operators.
He will also colaborate with Sales Director regarding potential locations and he will make board proposals for new stores.
You are looking for the opportunity to be part of the management team of a developing International Retail Chain.
You would have an attractive package and professional opportunity as the Head of Expansion in management team of the German leader in “Do It Yourself “market, which is expanding it’s operations on the Romanian market.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
Several years of retail expansion know how in a leading function (either at a retailer or e.g. shopping centre operator).
Negotiation skills and Networking capabilities
Strong country knowledge (geography, local habits, etc.)
Excellent project management skills
Fluence in English.
