- Perform routine administrative to the Director and Management Team
- Co-ordinate and implement office procedures
- Maintain calendar, schedules appointments and meetings
- Process telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements.
- Maintain and balance petty cash fund
- Good knowledge on office administration
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Elaborateness, reliability, organizational talent, independence in work
- Microsoft Office and Web expertise
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Romanian
- Interest in and personal fit with a young and international team
- Have at least 2 years of relevant administrative management experience
