• Bachelor's degree, with more than 5 years working experience, not limited to Human Resources industry or function; candidates with general Business Experience and willing to continue their career in Executive Search are also welcome to apply
• Very good interpersonal abilities; able to effectively target and connect at executive level
• Aptitude for accurately assessing executive level talent for competency and culture fit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of integrity and professionalism dealing with confidential or sensitive information
• Account management, client services, or related consulting engagement experience is preferred
• English proficiency is a must
