To ensure the proper communication between direct manager and the employees or exterior suppliers through a fair utilization of documents, faxes, e-mails, phone calls and preparing the materials for the meeting presentations in due time.
President/VP¿s internal and external travels are organized and traveling tickets are assured;
Booking the drivers schedule is insured as well;
The reservations are properly made and in due time;
The contact with suppliers and the agencies is constant;
The data base is well organized especially with the agencies that offer services;
Offers the support for the SEC members (can replace the other Executive Assistants if necessary);
Translations are made correct and on requested time;
Oral translations if necessary in some occasions;
Reports and presentations made in due time when required.
Protocol service is taken care after the instructions;
University degree;
Fluency in English;
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
A very well organized person;
Good communication skills;
A trustful person, very loyal;
A calm person with the ability to work under stress;
Perspicacious, discreet;
Can work after a flexible program.
