RESPONSABILITATI

At present Forum Invest SA requires a truly outstanding Executive Assistant with extensive experience and expertise in managing top initiatives and critical projects for executive leadership. This is a diverse and flexible role that will suit someone outstanding in their intelligence, dedication and work standards. The successful candidate will likely have worked in consulting, marketing/ PR, media, professional services or related industries. Ultimately your objective will be to support the executive in his work in a high standard professional way, working closely with others at the core of the team. Expectations for the successful candidate will be consistently very high.

Responsibilities

● prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
● file and retrieve documents and reference materials.
● conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
● manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
● arrange and coordinate meetings and events
● record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
● monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
● answer and manage incoming calls
● interact with incoming visitors and external clients of the company.
● coordinate and implement project-based work.
● review operating practices, propose and implement improvements where necessary


CERINTE

Requirements
● Excellent academic credentials, post-university degree and other relevant courses or trainings preferred.
● 3 to 5 years experience providing support at the executive level.
● Superior customer/client service skills.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills.
● Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Information gathering and information monitoring skills.
● Proactively seeks to add value where needed.
● Extreme judgment and decision-making ability.
● High level presentation and communication skills a must.
● A strong team player enjoying a fast-paced work environment.
● Excellent Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Proficiency.
● Multilingualism: Business English is a must, a second and/or a third foreign language would be an asset.
