Processes daily, weekly and monthly reports for top management;
Ensures a good course of General Manager’s daily activities;
Assists management’s meeting and takes minutes;
Assists the General Manager and Department Managers in implementing and developing new projects;
Has 1 year of previous experience on a similar position;
Is Bachelor of Sciences Education;
Has very good English and MS Office command;
Has availability for long-hours and experience in applying the protocol norms;
Has the attitude and commitment to work in a challenging and dynamic company;
Is an excellent communicator and has great interpersonal skills;
Is flexible and open-minded, dedicated and understands the roles and responsabilities of such a position;
