On behalf of our client, an international company in the financial services sector, we are now searching for a professional to fill in the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Act as an interface between CEO and management team/employees/customers/business partners
- Organize and run the office in a way that relieves manager from all on going administrative tasks
- Organize CEO’s agenda
- Participate in and follow up various projects in collaboration with other departments
- Prepare complex trips (travel arrangements & approvals, visas as necessary) for all employees
- Organize internal/external meetings
- Prepare various reports and presentations
- Ensure proper delegation when CEO is out of the office
Personal profile
- Planning and organizing
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving approach
Education & competencies
- University graduate
- Fluent English
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience
- Length of time approx 2 year minimum, preferably in a similar position
