Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports;
Preparing agendas and making arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings;
Making travel arrangements;
Compiling, transcribing, and distributing minutes of meetings;
Attending meetings in order to record minutes;
Managing and maintaining the Executive's schedule;
Organizing conferences and other events.
3+ years of experience in a similar position;
University studies, preferable in Economics;
Proficient in MS Office;
Highly proficient in English;
Proficiency in German would be a plus;
Excellent communication skills.
