Executive Assistant
Our client is a very important coatings company. The firm knows how to reward any outstanding performance. It gives you the chance to prove your capabilities by joining a very professional and dynamic team.
Administrative support in daily business to executives or upper level management
Perform all internal and external correspondence
Handling telephone calls
Follow-up and organization of the documents
Translations of the specific documents
Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
Plan and coordinate internal and external meeting arrangements and appointments schedules (airplane & hotel bookings, visitors hosting, meetings protocol handling)
Performing other related duties as required or assigned
dynamic person
good PC operating knowledge (MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet)
knowledge of office equipment handling (e.g. Fax, scanner, copy machine etc)
advanced English knowledge (speaking & writing )
details oriented person
excellent interpersonal skills
exhibit poise and handle confidential matters with discretion
pleasant presence, corporate look
