- Prioritize agenda with CEO;
- Act as primary liaison and ambassador for CEO in his absence;
- Be the primary point person for Romanian business;
- Liaise with Senior Management Team on key issues;
- Keep track of major timelines, deal with e-mails/correspondence;
- Presentations: create/design/revise PowerPoint presentations based on input provided;
- Administration: CEO's agenda, travel planning, co-ordinate agenda for business trips, supervision of vacation planning for Romanian management team, CEO Budget: planning, management, purchase order system and invoicing, Oracle expense/travel & living management, catering requirements for CEO/SMT/leadership meetings/special events with facilities/hotels;
- Events management: support Corporate communications team and SMT with events planning (e.g. leadership events/staff events), co-ordinate with regional offices where applicable;
- Takes the initiative, self starter who needs very little direction;
- Planning and process management;
- Project management skills;
- Strong delivery/execution skills;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Excellent language skills: fluent in English;
- Organization / prioritization skills;
- Used to operating in multi cultural environments/ large international companies/financial institutions;
