RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a company that people turn to for the highest level of nutrition for their pets, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant.
Managing and maintain executives' schedules.
Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and reporting to determine their significance and planning their distribution.
Sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and email;
Retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports.
Updating tables concerning the custom-house tariff, or with any other data requested;
Receiving orders from the distributors and introducing them in the
system;
Following up payments; maintaining relationship with the bank;
Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Preparing agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Making travel arrangements for executives.


CERINTE

Bachelor degree – preferably in Economics;
Good knowledge of (primary) accountancy;
Fluency in English or French, both written and spoken;
Excellent organizational skills; ability to set and handle multiple priorities, make sound decisions and maintain professionalism while working under pressure;
Proficiency in working with major office systems including Outlook, Microsoft Work, Power Point and Excel;
Accounting software (ERP), Ciel knowledge would be a plus;
IT knowledge would represent an asset;
Experience of working for an international company would be a distinct advantage.
