RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will have the following main responsibilities:

- Consecutive translations during GM¿s meetings with company¿s employees
- Translate different types of documents
- Organize the work agenda of GM
- Secretarial and administrative duties
- Accompany the GM on field visits
- Prepare periodical statistics/reports/files requiring the use of data from various sources
- Coordinate the interface with managers, employees, departments


CERINTE

- Good command of English, Greek and Romanian is compulsory
- Driving license is compulsory
- Excellent PC abilities (MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work under pressure
- Very good communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and ability to multi-task
