On behalf of our client, a multinational company we are welcoming applications from motivated professionals for the Executive Assistant (for the General Manager and the Comercial Manager) position.
The main responsibilities of the postion are:
- organizing and maintaining the agenda of the 2 managers
- preparing, handling and/or translating of all required documents (reports, presntations a.o.)
- organizing meetings
- making travel and accommodation arrangements
The ideal candidates should possess:
- University Degree
- Previous experience on a similar position, min. 1 year
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication and multitasking abilities
