- preparing documents(minutes,letters,reports,memos,translation)
- maintaining appointment schedule,answering and transferring telephone calls,keeping business correspondence,keeping files
- creating and updating presentation,presentations and materials as requested by the General Manager
- coordinate daily agenda and travel agenda of the General manager(travels,conferences,meetings)
- booking appointments,meetings and travel arrangements(flight tickets,hotel reservation,car booking or transfer to hotel)
- completing special projects assigned by the General Manager
- internal PR(forward news&press messages to internal departaments according to the info substance)
- Univesity degree
- Good command of English and Greek
- Computer literacy(MS Office,Power Point,Outlook,Internet)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent communication and organizing skills
- Attention to details
- Problem solving oriented
