Our client is a tri-lateral partnership between the European Commission (DG Regional Policy, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank, with the aim of helping EU Member States and Acceding Countries to better prepare infrastructure projects which are eligible for EU assistance.
- Screening and dispatching the day-to-day correspondence of the office and ensuring appropriate follow-up;
- Drafting/finalising correspondence and other documents on request;
- Managing the agenda of the members of the office for external & internal meetings;
- Organization of missions (including expenses);
- Replies to and follow-up of various conferences, seminars, as well as personal invitations;
- Handling and follow-up of logistic issues and expenses payment requests related to the office running;
- Liaising with JASPERS staff in the regional offices;
- Assistance in any Protocol related matters and similar activities;
- Handling all other secretarial tasks, incl. maintenance of the office’s filing system (paper and electronic);
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience as Executive Assistante in a multinational company;
- Thorough knowledge of the standard office tools, particularly Excel;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of other languages of the beneficiary Europeen countries would be considered as an advantage;
- Developed sense of responsibility and ability to take initiative
- Disciplined approach to organising day-to-day work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and strong personal commitment, flexibility and availability.
