RESPONSABILITATI

- Screens telephone calls, taking messages and following-up as appropriate
- Organizes the Director¿s agenda (meetings, travels, business trips) and keeps track of the deadlines;
- Carries out administrative support: photocopying, scanning, faxes;
- Handles the correspondence (including the electronic one);
- Attending clients/ visitors;
- Elaborates analyses and reports about the department¿s activity.


CERINTE

- 1-2 years previous office management experience;
- University diploma is an advantage;
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Internet skills;
- Intermediate in English;
- Driving license is an advantage;
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally;
- Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member;
- Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Be proactive, courteous, prompt, and timely and have good attention to detail;
- Demonstrates the ability to manage the time effectively;
- Possesses strong ability for multitasking and leadership.
