Handling in time enquiries for reservations received through telephone, mail, fax, etc.;
Making actual reservations and confirming them to the customers;
Handling updated notifications from hotel offers;
Promoting the company's additional services and offers;
Ensure all customers` needs;
Providing all necessary information to customers within internal business tourism.
English language proficiency;
Advanced knowledge of another foreign language is a must;
Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations;
Good verbal/written communication abilities;
Proactive, flexible and dynamic attitude;
Ability to work in a team;
Good PC skills.
