The Shared Service Centre will be responsible for some functions of finance, operations and IT departments and will include all ING Insurance Central Europe countries (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania). The reason for building a Shared Service Centre is to improve customers service and value for money by simplifying, standardizing and to certain extend centralizing ING ICE service activities, and moreover running these activities like a business by delivering services to internal customers at a cost, quality and timeliness that is competitive with alternatives.
Your role as a Team Leader will be to coordinate the operations activities within the team (underwriting, policy services, claims, commercial administration, accounting) in compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements specific to each country. You would be a part of a dynamic team, acting in a multicultural environment. Here is the place where you will find all premises for growing professionally!
- have a BA or MA degree;
- have 3-5 years of experience;
- be fluent in English and Slovak/Czech;
- have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and CAN DO attitude;
- be a fast learner.
