- Coordinating purchasing activities and permanent communication with suppliers in order to ensure an uninterrupted production flow;
- Improving purchasing procedure, conducting contract negotiations, reviewing suppliers;
- Coordinating warehouse activities: reception of goods, validation of documents, loading and unloading;
- Implementing more efficient procedures of storing and packing goods;
- Following internal indicators of production needs when ordering raw materials;
- Participating to production planning;
- Communicating with transport companies in order to ensure better expedition services;
- Reorganizing the purchase, expedition and storing activities in order to reduce costs and improve quality of services.
- For one of our clients, a multinational company producer of sanitary products and ceramic tiles, with more than 17.000 employees in 45 factories over 4 continents, we are looking for a Logistic Manager that can comply with the following requirements:
- Technical university degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistic field, on coordination position;
- Orientation towards efficiency and continuous improvement;
- Ability to analyse problems and to come up with appropriate solutions;
- Experience and ability in coordinating a team;
- Ability to comply with deadlines and to work in stressful situations;
- Fluency in English.
