RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the law consultancy area, we are looking for an Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Provides administrative support and performs different secretarial duties;
- Manages complex calendar; organizes travel arrangements, appointments and events;
- Prepares reports and presentation materials;
- Receives and refers phone/e-mail inquiries;
- Communicates with customers/partners;
- Answers questions to inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate resource;
- Translates and types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos;
- Organizes and maintains the filing system;
- Provides minutes of staffing and programming meetings.


CERINTE

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
- Consistent experience in a similar position;
- University Degree;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must;
- German language would be a plus.
