For one of our clients, a leading real estate company, we are looking for a Senior Legal Advisor.
Elaborates and verifies different business contracts;
Elaborates and/or reviews the loan documentation;
Provides legal advice regarding specific transactions;
Provides advice and elaborates legal opinion for different transactions made by corporate clients;
Ensures compliance with local laws and company¿s policies.
Legal academic background;
3- 5 years experience in the legal field;
Excellent knowledge of the Romanian legal system;
Strong communication skills;
Fluency in English.
