For one of our clients, a major company, activating in construction field, we are looking for a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and developing the clients' network;
- Maintaining client relationship, having in view customer satisfaction;
- Organizing, supervising and training the sales team in order to enable them to operate and perform effectively;
- Creating and performing an internal performances evaluation system;
- Defining short and medium-term plans and actions for the Sales Department, developing the business accordingly with the strategic plan of the company;
- Negotiating sales contracts;
- Reaching sales targets.
- Technical University degree (Construction specialization);
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales in the construction materials area;
- Very good interpersonal abilities, oriented toward establishing a stenic, positive working climate at the level of the management team as well as at the level of own team;
- Strong communication & negotiation skills;
Good command of English.
