- to gain a full understanding of the products and production process;
- to launch the new products in all aspects on time and to budget;
- to work together with the Plant Manager in order to develop and launch the new products.
Our client is a multinational company, present in 16 countries, that produces components and systems for automotive industry. They intend to open a new plant in Craiova and for this location we are looking for a LAUNCH MANAGER.
- relevant experience in launching new products in all aspects;
- university studies in Engineering field;
- relevant experience in production (plastics or injection molding preferred);
- extensive experience and knowledge of the Romanian/ Eastern Europe Automotive business practice;
- experience in working with deadlines and large budgets;
- fluent in English and German;
-analytical and organized person.
