- Ensure continuous support for existing applications and IT tools required on daily basis for SSPO operations. In case of outage or problems liaise with hosting entities to troubleshoot and take all appropriate actions to minimize down time
- Being involved in all tools evolutions and new tools introduction, make sure that their comply with company policies and operations objectives.
- Provide accurate support to manage alarm threshold and filtering as per the business requirements
- With regards to on line documentation manage the specific web site, both from a development perspective to accommodate new needs but also from a document posting and referencing perspective. .
- Technical expertise of IT systems and service platforms monitoring tools.
- Project management knowledge.
- Commercial experience to negotiate best terms and conditions as well as SLA with vendors.
- Operational experience needed.
