- to develop and coordinate the HR department.
- to recruit and select the direct and indirect staff for the new plant;
- to implement, develop and review the procedures and policies for recruitment, selection and retention of staff;
- to offer advice and support to the plant manager and to the European Management in the implementation of the best HR practice;
- to coordinate training and development activities;
- to draw- up reports for the management.
Our client is a multinational company, present in 16 countries, that produces components and systems for automotive industry. They intend to open a new plant in Craiova and for this location we are looking for an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER.
- university studies preferably law or economics;
- relevant experience as an HR Manager; preferably in automotive industry;
- excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken);German knowledge is an advantage;
- good knowledge of the Romanian labor legislation;
- driving license B category;
- computer skills;
- organization and communication skills;
- proactive person.
