For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the FMCG field, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales Manager and sales team to carry out the specific duties and achieve the planned results;
- Acting as support for the Sales and Key-account Managers, keeping constant contact for updates and implementing new requirements;
- Ensuring that sales operations are in compliance with the department's general guidelines and specific instructions;
- Preparing sales reports on a regular basis and presenting them by collecting, analysing, verifying accuracy of statistics and summarizing information;
- Operating all necessary documents for the sales department, centralizing all customer information from the sales team and building a database of contacts;
- Ensuring all the necessary documentation (file management, archive, memos, administrative documents) for the sales department.
- University degree;
- Very good computer knowledge (MS Office and databases);
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Good command of English;
- Good interpersonal abilities and good team worker;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Pro-active and client-oriented.
