For one of our clients, a multinational company active in Human Resources, we are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager.
Provide regular and accurate reports on each project and combined reports for Bucharest;
Ensure strategies are in place for each project to attract suitable candidates over the life of the project;
Chair regular recruitment reviews with the project teams and management;
Ensure compliance within all business groups to the recruitment process and train managers on the recruitment process when required;
Manage an onsite team of 3 experienced recruiters providing guidance and support;
Ensure that customers and candidates experience best practice recruitment services and an excellent level of service.
2-5 years experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years managing direct reports;
Experience of high volume recruitment projects would be a distinct advantage;
Excellent organisational skills and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
Good recruitment market knowledge to advise on attraction strategies;
Fluent English.
