RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure the timely collection of costs for the services provided to the End Markets by the Regional/Area Centers in Europe Region;
- Ensure the allocation keys are maintained and updated with the latest changes of cost drivers; Europe structure changes; (drive a yearly review process that will validate the allocation keys consistency);
- Deliver high quality timely financial reports on the Region/ Area’s cost base through the QPR and YE exercises;
- Updating and reviewing the process/procedures in place in alignment with any changes that might impact the process of cost collection/authorization/ allocation and invoicing of the charges in scope;
- Ensure the timely (quarterly) issuance of invoices to all the End Markets – as per the allocation system;
- Ensuring and reviewing that consistent and acceptable back-up is provided by Area/Region functions within the stipulated timeframe for invoicing and reporting;
- Contribute/Initiate regular reviews of the back-up documents with the Region/Area Tax team;
- Advise the End-markets within Europe Region, on the latest financial planning assumptions on recharges, copying Area Corporate Finance;
- Communicate with the Area/Regional team to meet all planning deadlines and communicate planning timetables to respective End-markets and other stakeholders;
- Participate in executing budget/control follow up variance analysis on regular/ad-hoc basis;
- Participate in the external audit activities when necessary


CERINTE

Our client is an important FMCG company. The requirements for European Recharges Manager position are:
- University degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance positions (reporting / planning)
- English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
- Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, rigor, attention to detail
- Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
