The Europe Real Estate Analyst (REA) is responsible for managing the process of the field leasing transactions in Europe which has a total of 350,000 sf in 45 locations. Job will be based in Bucharest office but will require regular travel to all PTC locations as necessary.
Main tasks:
- Ensure timely completion of lease transactions – relocations, renewals, expansions, reductions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing office space
- Negotiate leases
- Work with the local business group managers in defining the space requirements, floor plan analysis, on-site surveys (requiring travel)
- Responsible for financial analysis of lease transactions via Excel spreadsheet, and project management to affect the end result
Primary objective for REA is to provide adequate, cost effective office space for PTC in Europe given the market conditions, meeting the appropriate deadlines for each transaction, within the existing rent/capital budget requirements.
- experience in real estate – experience in multinational office location/relocation is ideal
- experience in coordination of multiple parallel offices
- knowledge of international markets and willingness to explore them
- experience with managing budgets
- experience with Project Management
- fluency in English
- knowledge of another European language would be perfect
- good communication and organization skills
