Job summary:
Reporting to the HR Manager for France and Benelux and the European Recruitment Manager, you have the responsibility to perform administration activities for:
- The Human Resources department for France and Benelux (220 employees)
- The European Recruitment Team (more than 1.500 employees in Europe)
Your missions:
- For the Human Resources department for France and Benelux:
- Maintain personnel records updated in our systems
- Enter and manage new hires data information flow
- Administrate the employees’ labor contracts, offer letters, amendments, etc.
- Set up reports such as headcount report on a weekly basis
- Support the team in setting up the internal HR website for France
- Undertakes a variety of administrative duties without supervision within general guidelines
- For the European Recruitment Team:
- Run ads on recruitment websites
- Source candidates from databases
- Update accordingly the recruitment systems
- University degree preferably in business, behavioral science or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 months of experience in personnel administration
- Excellent PC skills – MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English and French– written and spoken
