As the European Customer Care Representative you assist citizens and businesses in their mother tongue with their inquiries about the European single market, EU funding, legislation and institutions. This means that you answer their questions by phone or via email or that you refer them to the right information point of contact within the European institutions.
We provide a 3 months training in Bruxelles.
As European Communication Representative, you dispose of in-depth knowledge on the European institutions and their respective roles within the European Union, the various policies worked out for European citizens and businesses, the legal aspects... You are also very well up-to-date about the daily political aspects such as possible enlargements within the EU, new European legislations etc.
Job requirements:
- You have a university degree with preferably a specialization in European studies;
- You speak and write fluently in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian or Spanish;
- You have good command of English;
- Furthermore, you are proactive in learning, maintaining and sharing large volumes of information;
- You are a good team player, but you can work independently.
