Job Objectives:
independent offer preparation including cost calculation in coordination with the Technical Team Leader
has the responsibility for pricing
Tasks:
Cost calculation for offers and post calculation of executed works
independent consideration of all respective laws in context with tendering, health&safety, economics aso.
maintaining of subcontractor and supplier directories
Graduated from a technical university or technical college
at least 5 years experience
expierence in the field of projects prefered, but necessary in the field of cost calculation for construction and/or mechanical/electrical works
good English skills, written and oral
good skills in MS Office, MS Project, CAD Programs (i.e. AUTOCAD) etc. preferred
experienced with the Romanian cost calculation systems (Primavera, Doclib or similar)
experiencend with international contracts (FIDIC) preferred
ability to work in a team
