- Coordinating the Estimation Department;
- Decision making regarding costs estimation, project budgeting, choosing the optimal material mix for the construction projects;
- Coordinating the activity of the Estimation Department;
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director and to the Head Quarter in Austria.
- 10 years experience in construction companies (on a Site Chief/ Site Coordinator/ Project Manager position);
- Technical degree (Construction Engineering);
- Background in international working environment;
- Accuracy in working;
- Excellent German and English knowledge;
- Good character, loyal, flexible and openminded;
- Good knoledge of the existing construction materials, their use and the market suppliers;
- Experience in project budgeting and consumption standards.
