Responsabilitati:

1. Asistent Manager

- Preluarea si redirectionarea apelurilor telefonice
- Preluarea si distribuirea corespondentei
- Asistarea managerului in pregatirea de materiale, prezentari, rapoarte
- Redactare documente


2. Receptioner

- Preluarea si redirectionarea apelurilor telefonice
- Preluarea si distribuirea corespondentei
- Primirea clientilor companiei
- Realizarea raportarilor specifice companiei

3. Operator sondaje de opinie

- Selectarea respondentilor prin metode specifice
- Culegerea de date prin intermediul unor chestionare
- Operare in programul MS Office


4. Arhivar

- Organizeaza arhiva companiei
- Tine evidenta contractelor documentelor intrate si iesite din companie
- Tine evidenta tuturor documentelor solicitate din arhiva
- Pastreaza in conditii optime toate documentele din arhiva
