RESPONSABILITATI

• Analyzes and understands the customer's needs and the encountered problems/ bugs;
• Performs functional and basic technical analysis on the assigned tickets and handles the communication with the users;
• Collaborates closely with the technical analysts in order to identify the best solution for the bug corrections/developments;
• Performs system testing and different system set-ups related to support activity;
• Creates working procedures, builds-up knowledge databases and functional documentation;
• Creates quick references, configuration documents as well as the user manuals;
• Provides trainings for the key and final users, providing a global vision of an integrated system;
• Creates SQLs and requests data updates in the system;
• Updates Control Data for the IT owned system setup;
• Performs regular system monitoring and data clean-up activities;
• Stays updated with the IT support best practices and procedures and suggest improvements;


CERINTE

• University graduate
• Work experience of at least one year within the IT/ Accounting/ Customer Support department;
• SQL/ Oracle databases knowledge;
• Good written and oral knowledge of English, French is a plus
• Availability to work on shifted hours occasionally;
Represent a strong advantage:
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting/Supply Chain Management;
• Previous experience in IT, specifically in ERP-based support.
