- Improve the existing solutions and identify new ones;
- Develop new mathematical algorithms, advanced analytics and business solutions with customers;
- Provide business insights and advise resulting from modeling, scenario analysis and optimization;
- Support business development, sales and marketing teams, explain the technology behind solutions;
- Support project manager during project in progress
- 3+ years of systems integration, consulting, and/or software development experience;
- Relevant industry experience is a plus: Retail, CP, Finance, Oil & Gas, Public Sector;
- Ability to participate on planning and selling opportunities;
- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations to non-scientific audience;
- Experienced in developing software to solve a business problem using at least two of the following (C++, Java, Matlab, SQL);
- Experienced in balancing needs of the client base with the development plans associated with our software products and service offerings.
