• Analyse and define the customer’s IT requirements
• Design the proper solutions for the customers
• Implement ERP Systems and deliver post-implementation support
• Prepare and conduct business process analysis
• Setup application for gap/fit analysis
• Conduct gap/fit analysis
• Document and present results of diagnostic phase
• Conduct Key User training
• Create design documents for customer understanding and acceptance
• Go-live support
• Clear pending issues
• Finalize documentation
• University degree preferably in „Cybernetics“ or economics with a strong additional IT Background.
• Good background knowledge and/or experience in accountancy and/or ERP Modules
• Good technical skills including SQL and report writing
• Proven track record in the effective planning and delivery of business ERP solutions to clients
• Good project and resource management skills
• Good command of English, another foreign language would be a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; strong facilitation and presentations skills
