Develop and maintain efficient, coherent, consistent and accurate ERP system (MFG Pro) and BI system (QlikView)
- Analyse, understand and implement the internal processes to integrated business flow in ERP
- Identify, document and solve proactive any ERP functional issue
- Identify and solve the cause of issues generate by ERP interface
- Realise and update reporting scripts and checking scripts in BI system (QlikView)
- Realise reports acoording competencies in BI system (QlikView)
- Testing and documenting any changes before real live phase
Manage changes and deployment of ERP system(MFG Pro) and BI system (QlikView)
- Propose, create and document procedures for users (static and dynamic data) as weel as updating it with any changes.
- Propose solutions for processes improvement
- Any time is needed, together with other employees, elaborate, centralise and propose new politics/procedures which will be integrated in MFG
- Tests, implement and document any new changes in procedures, configuration, implementation
Support and train users
- Assure end user support
- Identifing, documenting and solve any incident generate by application or end users operations
- Analyse, validate and formalise the issue transferred to outsourcing company
- Realise end user training
- Efectuate monthly (before month closing) database consistency checks
Monitor / control
- Comunicate all nonconformities and issues appeared in usage of ERP system or any other application which interacts with ERP system
- Monthly monitoring incidents (listing, implementing and updating incident management plan) related to ERP system
- Monthly monitoring of consistency database.
- Weekly monitoring of all activites
- Participate in projects at manager’s requirement
- Effectuate any other task required by superior
Education: Technical or economic degree
Fluency in one of the major international languages
Work experience: Minimum 2 years experience

- The ability to solve complex problems
- Knowledge in technical and business areas
- Knowledge of business processes
- Excellent ERP knowledge
- Database knowledge
- Knowledge of programming (Transact SQL, Crystal Reports, Visual Fox)
- Ability to share relevant knowledge with the end-user
