On behalf of our client, a multinational company, we are searching for an ERP CONSULTANT.
Responsibilities:
- Supports and coordinates the implementing ERP system for the company;
- Leads ERP support operations and provide timely, high quality service;
- Works with ERP Development team to ensure priority setting for Support related development work;
- Provides ERP configuration and process work;
- Ensures alignment with business on functional ERP operational issues;
- Works on continues improvement and ongoing process improvement;
- Manages testing of ERP operational support changes, and ensure compliance;
- Coaching employees reporting to this position and assuring knowledge transfer to ERP Business users;
- Keep systems in validated and controlled state.
Personal requirements:
- ERP system implementation experience for a multi-national, manufacturing company(s) preferable within pharmaceutical industry;
- Experience in designing business models and processes in ERP system;
- Well structured and capable of designing and implementing quality assuring procedures;
- Documented Project management skills;
- Result oriented;
- Ability to filter/focus on key business requirements;
- Good interpersonal, team facilitation and communication skills;
- Competent in managing staff;
- Proficiency in English required, other languages advantageous;
- Preferred experience of line management experience within a multi-national manufacturing business;
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
